Our shipping services are powered by Shopify, ensuring seamless integration with trusted local carriers like The Courier Guy, Aramex, and PostNet. This policy outlines our shipping practices to help you understand what to expect when ordering from us.

## 1. Shipping Coverage
- **Domestic Shipping**: We ship to all provinces in South Africa, including urban, suburban, and rural areas. Delivery is available to street addresses, PO Boxes, and private bags.
- **International Shipping**: Currently limited to select countries in Southern Africa (e.g., Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho). Contact us at info@healthyherbie.com for quotes and availability. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- **Remote Areas**: Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to very remote locations. We'll notify you at checkout if applicable.

## 2. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- **Processing Time**: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. We'll send a confirmation email once your order ships.
- **Delivery Estimates** (business days, excluding weekends and public holidays):
  - **Major Cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban)**: 2-4 days.
  - **Other Urban Areas**: 3-5 days.
  - **Rural/Remote Areas**: 5-7 days.
- Total time from order to delivery: Typically 3-9 business days.
- **Note**: Supplements and health equipment are temperature-sensitive; we use insulated packaging where necessary to maintain product integrity.

## 3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates (subject to change without notice) are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected carrier. We offer:
- **Standard Shipping**: R80–R150 (flat rate for most orders under 5kg).
- **Express Shipping**: R150–R250 (1-2 day delivery to major cities).
- **Free Shipping**: On orders over R500 (standard rate only; excludes express and remote surcharges).
- **Bulk/Wholesale Orders**: Custom rates available—contact us for details.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.

- Track your parcel in real-time via the provided link or our order status page on the website.

- Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, strikes, weather, or carrier issues. We'll notify you promptly if affected.

- We do not ship on weekends or South African public holidays.

## 7. Returns and Exchanges
- **Shipping for Returns**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Use our returns portal for a prepaid label (R50 fee, refundable if approved).
- **Return Window**: 30 days from delivery for unused supplements (unopened seals) and health equipment (in original packaging).
- **Refunds**: Issued within 5-7 business days after inspection, minus original shipping costs.
- **Faulty Items**: We'll cover return shipping and replacement costs. Contact us immediately with photos.

- All supplements comply with South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) guidelines.
